Who should play the Game of Golf, is it the young, Old, Rich or the Poor?

Golf is a kind of Sport which is made up of competitive physical activities. It is categorized as either Sport, Exercise or a Game. Some of the physical activities included in Golf are :

All these makes Golf an ideal Sport for exercise.

  3. Exercise can help promote a better sex life. Continuous exercising habit can help strengthen the Cardiovascular System which helps improve blood circulation and enhance flexibility.

Golf as a Sport can be played by either the young, old and rich as well as the Poor. It is one of the disciplined kind of Sport made of laid down rules and laws consisting of dress code etc. It is actually a kind of Sport that exercises the the mind and the body completely.  Some of the above mentioned importance of Exercise makes it obvious that Golf is a kind of Sport that can be played by either the Young and the Old as a source of exercise.
